What do we mean by a 'sustainable event'?
Kale salad, a flipchart and jugs of water?! No!
A sustainable event is, simply, an event without the carbon emissions or environmental impact. You get all the good stuff but without any of the bad stuff. There is no compromise in the quality, the experience, or your return on investment.
Neither you nor your guests will be able to tell the difference between one of our sustainable events and its carbon-spewing cousin because, at every stage of the process, with thought, care and years of experience, we:

Reduce – unnecessary carbon emissions by minimising waste in procurement and delivery
Offset – anything that can’t be managed out using an accredited offset programme
The result is an amazing event - that just happens to have no adverse affect on the environment!

We’ll either take your full brief and run with it, or work alongside you on your germ of an idea and turn it in to a deliverable concept, professionally delivered and with a little added ‘wow!’

Venue Finding
Finding the right venue is crucial to any event’s success. It has to ‘fit’: it has to suit your sponsors, it has to suit your guests and it has to have the overall look and feel that fits with what we’re creating together. Don’t spend hours trawling through images of floorplans on your screen, guessing what will work and what won’t - the chances are we’ve been there in person!

From expertly crafted communications and messaging to dealing with hundreds of admin emails, we have you covered. Why wake up to an inbox full of emails about train times, dietary requirements or last minute name changes when you can leave all of that to us?!

Speaker Liaison
We’ll make sure your speakers are fully briefed, on message and on-time. All you’ll have to do is meet them at the front door with a smile and handshake (and maybe take a selfie!)

Venue and contractor management
We’ll brief and manage the - venue event management team, sponsors’ teams, speakers’ agents, design and graphics, staging, AV, entertainment, transportation, hotels, temp staff… – so you don’t have to!

Our awards winning creative and graphics partner, Iced Digital, will work with you to create the perfect look and feel, making your event the most insta-friendly thing in town!

And to finish... a full carbon audit
We'll manage and deliver your event so that it's as sustainable as practical.. To get to ‘net zero’ we’ll offset whatever CO2e your event produces. We’ll explain all the options and you can choose between planting trees, solar, wind or hydro. And then we'll provide you with a full report to impress your sponsors and CSR people!
